At Antah:Prerana, we nurture this innate instinct from the very beginning.
From as early as two years old, learning is intentionally designed to cultivate leadership, independence, creativity, innovation, financial awareness, and a strong sense of community.
Entrepreneurship grows through how children think, explore, collaborate, and create rather than being taught on its own.
Through multidisciplinary, hands-on experiences, learners engage with real-world challenges, make decisions, take initiative, and learn from outcomes, building confidence and self-awareness alongside essential life skills.
Instead of preparing children to fit into existing roles, the learning ecosystem nurtures an entrepreneurial mindset, one that empowers learners to create value, generate opportunities, and shape their own pathways. By engaging with real-world contexts, decision-making, and collaborative projects, children begin to see themselves not as future job seekers but as thoughtful job creators who can respond to the needs of their communities and the world around them.
The Student-Run Organic Farm, Café and Thrift Store are experiential enterprise spaces.
The stores have been created by upcycling old buses into vibrant, functional learning hubs. Here, learners engage in every aspect of building and running a business, from production and pricing to marketing, sales, and customer engagement.
Most importantly, learners experience real outcomes like successes, challenges, and even failures, within a supportive environment. This builds resilience, problem-solving, and financial literacy, equipping them with practical life skills.
The Farming & Horticulture space is an organic learning farm where each learner cares for their own patch of land, growing and understanding plants, soil, seasons, water, and natural growth cycles.
Children learn patience, responsibility, and respect for nature through hands-on cultivation. This experience fosters their understanding of health, nourishment, and sustainability by viewing food as a process rather than just a product. It also encourages entrepreneurial thinking and exploration of agriculture, food systems, sustainability, and related professions.
Media Cafe is a dedicated creation space where learners experiment with film, media, content, and storytelling, building confidence, creativity, and an early understanding of marketing communications and entrepreneurial outreach.
Antah:Prerana is a holistic space for future leaders and changemakers.
